Founded by Victoria Jones in 2017, T Projects is an independent arts and culture consultancy specialising in creative strategy, public art commissioning, cultural programming and artist development.

We provide an end-to-end service for government agencies, local authorities, healthcare providers, developers, construction companies, planners, architects, landscape architects, designers and cultural organisations. Our expertise spans strategy and curatorial direction, artist research and procurement, commissioning, stakeholder engagement, project management, fabrication, installation and evaluation.

Major projects include the Melbourne Metro Tunnel, Level Crossing Removal Projects, Peninsula University Hospital, Overdale Acute Hospital in Jersey and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

We also provide professional development, technical advice and project-management support for emerging, mid-career and established artists. Our collaborative approach helps artists successfully navigate complex commissioning processes and integrate their work within wider projects, design teams, sites and contexts.

With specialist consultants based in Melbourne and London, we work across Australia and the UK, delivering projects ranging from major infrastructure and complex built environments to boutique cultural initiatives.
