Participant Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before a session are eligible for a full refund less a $25 administration fee.

• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before a session are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before a session are not eligible for a refund.

• No refunds are available for non-attendance.

Program Changes

If T Projects has to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled to a later date.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

By registering for or participating in the T Projects Public Art Mentoring Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms.

Program Participation

The Program is designed to provide professional development, mentoring, industry knowledge and networking opportunities for artists and creative practitioners.

Participation does not guarantee employment, commissions, funding, project opportunities or career advancement.

Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with presenters, mentors and fellow participants. T Projects reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials, presentations, templates, resources and content remain the property of T Projects or the relevant presenter. Materials are provided for personal professional development only and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission.

Educational Information

Information provided through the Program is educational in nature and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, accounting, engineering, insurance or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T Projects is not liable for any loss, cost, claim or damage arising from participation in the Program or reliance on information provided through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
